Terrain & Vegetation: Terrain is level to moderately sloping with some low rolling hills. Most soil is a sandy clay loam with some sand stone outcroppings. There is an excellent turf of native grass in the rangeland and converted fields. Most of the Mesquite and Cedar has been recently cleared & raked.
