The hydroelectric system has a whopping output of 21kw per day that can be expanded to around 40kw. If you don’t know renewable energy/ this is a truly hard to find setup for installing such a system much less finding it built out and working flawlessly. The main house is 1800 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was built with timber logged and milled on site to true dimension for extra strength using whole log post and beams that will last forever.

The property has 2 strong year round creeks and 3 year round springs with an additional 5 seasonal springs. Water rights or needs are not an issue. As far as wildlife, there are turkey, bobcat, many bird species, mountain lion, bald eagles, and endless deer.
