The Rockford Road farm is located in northwest Cherry County approximately 8 miles southeast of Merriman, Nebraska. This farm consists of 658.89+/- total acres with 596.2+/- acres of pivot irrigated farm ground, including one pivot of new seeding alfalfa. The property is watered by five electric wells serving four low-pressure Zimmatic pivots. It also includes four 21,000 bushel bins for grain storage with great access along the well maintained county road. This farm is well rounded and includes both mature and well started shelter belts on most of the pivot corners.
