Feel free to go look at this nice lot. The easiest way to find it is to go to the Clubhouse and walk the mowed trail to the second set of electric and water connections. That is Eagles Nest 2 and if you go straight up the hill there you will find a lawn chair sitting there that marks the home site and is where you will see the nice views. This will take a pretty long driveway following basically that path or possibly directly from Stage Stop Road. This lot, like many out there, has not been “officially” surveyed as surrounding lands are community property. The community has done a wonderful job of carefully thinning the woods, and the road district does a great job of keeping the roads nice – and plowed in the winter.
