East Rim Ranch is located approx. 34 miles south of Alpine TX. Has approx 4 miles of Hwy frontage.

Some of the best hunting is on the East side of the ranch along wet weather Calamity Creek. There is 2846 acres, with approx 2 miles of Creek frontage. The east side has some nice tree rows, rough limestone hills with deep brushy draws.
Good area for Desert Mule Deer, Javelina, Scaled Quail, Dove, Feral hogs, and in the last few years we’ve had a small elk herd move into this area. Sellers are willing to split the 2846 acres in half, or sell off outside sections. Power has been run to the ranch recently, with more power lines soon to be extended farther into the ranch, including down to a new 20 GPM well drilled a few years back. As quick as the power is run that well will be equipped and tied into the pipeline supplying a 20,000 gallon steel reservoir that supplies water to different areas of the ranch. A very large dirt tank fed by almost 700 acres of very hilly terrain was also just completed, this tank should capture a lot of water and is estimated when full to hold about a 130,000 gallons of water.
