Located 42 miles southwest of Grand Junction Colorado 2,151 acres of a high mountain canyon ranch is located at the foot of Pinon Mesa in the majestic Unaweep Canyon. Easily accessed via Hwy 141 the ranch features 1 ¾ miles of paved road access and sits 32 miles west of Whitewater and 10 miles east of Gateway.
