#1151 North-Central Otsego County. For old home lovers who don’t want something huge and unmanageable, you may find this perfect. With just over 1/4 acre and only $473 in Town & County taxes, you can readily believe it. There are 1300 square feet here and inside it is as cute as it can be. There is one outbuilding: a17x24’ blacksmith shop. It’s foundation is funky and it has extremely low ceiling height, meaning the blacksmith much have been built like a bowling ball, 4’ in diameter – or maybe something got changed. I’d either jack it up and put in a new, higher, foundation or raze it and replace it with a 2 car garage.
