Location: These two 10-acre mountain recreation parcels are located adjacent to the Billy Creek Road in the Big Horn Mountains, approximately 37 miles southwest of Buffalo, Wyoming. To reach the property you travel west on U.S. Highway 16 West for approximately 30 miles, where you turn onto the Hazelton Road (County Road 3) and travel south for approximately 1/2 mile, and then turn left onto the Billy Creek Road (FS 466) and travel southeast for approximately 6.5 miles to the property. Winter access is limited to snowmobiles or tracked vehicles.
Description: Guess Lane Mountain Parcels consists of Lots 2 and 3 in the recently platted Ross Minor Subdivision. These two individual vacant mountain land parcels are approved for recreation use and mountain cabin construction and are governed by the covenants of the existing Mountain Top Estates development. The properties are located adjacent to the Billy Creek Road, approximately 6.5 miles from the intersection with the Hazelton Road.
